DonJoy Iceman Clear3 Cold Therapy Unit

The DonJoy Iceman Clear3 provides controlled, continuous cold therapy to help manage pain and swelling after injury or surgery — a cleaner, more effective alternative to ice packs for recovery at home, particularly after knee, hip and shoulder surgery.

Its dual-pump recirculation system remixes water returning from the cold pad with fresh ice water, keeping the temperature and flow through the pad consistent for longer-lasting cooling.

How to use

1. Fill with ice to the fill line, then add cold water to the fill line.
2. Fit the lid, seating the lip in the groove, and press the front down to lock.
3. Click the unit's hose firmly onto the cold pad hose.
4. Plug the cord into the back of the unit and the power supply into the wall.
