Remedial Massage Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected events can occasionally disrupt your plans.

Car troubles, illness, traffic delays, and other unforeseen circumstances can arise.

However, even if cancellations are due to work-related commitments or last-minute schedule changes, we kindly ask that you take responsibility for your appointment time. Our therapists allocate this time specifically for you, and late cancellations impact both them and other clients.

To ensure we can provide the best possible service to all our clients, the following policies are in effect as of 1st January 2025:

24-Hour Notice Required

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a full session fee, payable prior to your next booking.

No-Shows

If you miss your appointment without notice or choose not to attend for any reason, this will be considered a no-show:

• A full session fee will be charged for all no-shows.
• Future bookings may be declined until payment is settled.

Arriving Late

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you arrive late:

• Your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client’s appointment.
• The full appointment fee will still apply, regardless of the reduced session time.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Out of respect for our therapists and other clients, please plan accordingly and arrive on time.
