Your Physiotherapist group led program will teach you how to find your core muscles. As you improve your program will become more challenging. Your program is designed to help strengthen your core control, abdominal, lower back, gluteal and pelvic floor muscles as well as promote flexibility and reduce spinal stiffness. Options can be provided for most injuries and problems. All you need to do is be able to get on and off the floor!
There are limited places so please call to book your place in the program and your Initial Physiotherapy Exercise Assessment.
Hydrotherapy (Western Hospital)
Experience the fantastic benefits of performing Physiotherapy prescribed exercise in water. Exercise in water reduces gravity on the body which may allow you to move more comfortably and more safely than on land.
Your Hydrotherapy classes are held at Findon Swim School on Mondays at 1.30pm and Fridays at 2pm.
To get started please book an Initial Physiotherapy Appointment so we can assess and prescribe your hydrotherapy program.
Core Strength + Balance Equipment Classes (Rose Park & Western Hospital)
In your Physiotherapy led small group classes you will perform your own prescribed exercise program. Your program may include the use of pilates equipment such as reformers and the split pedal chair, exercise bikes, mini trampolines, gym balls, weights, stretches and mat work exercises.
These classes are great for those who require specialist equipment for their rehabilitation or who may have difficulty getting on and off the floor as is needed for our core mat classes.
These classes are available for you during the day, after hours and on Saturday mornings.
Strength + Conditioning Classes (Rose Park)
Your musculoskeletal problems will be assessed and diagnosed by a Leading Edge Physiotherapist, who will prescribe and supervise your tailored rehabilitation gym program. Strength and conditioning classes are held on Mondays at 1.30pm and Fridays at 11.30am in our fully equipped gym.
